National Education Services and the Fair Work Act
In 2012 Federal Education Officers from Perth will be travelling to regional areas to provide seminars to national system employers on their obligations under the Fair Work Act.
The following seminars will be offered:
The Fair Work System Workshop 1: An overview of the national industrial relations system
The Fair Work System Workshop 2: Employment arrangements and termination
The Fair Work System Workshop 3: Record keeping requirements
In some instances the sessions will be run in conjunction with local Small Business Centres, Chambers of Commerce and industry associations. For events in your area please contact your local small business centre or either of the Federal Education Officers:
