The Homebuyers' Survival Guide for WA
The Home Buyers’ Survival Guide For WA is produced by the Department of Commerce. The Guide aims to provide relevant and useful information for Western Australians when buying or building their first house. The Guide also provides information to assist people when buying their first "easier living" home.
Please note that the term "property" in the Guide is used to mean either a dwelling and land or land only.
