OSH Legislation Amendment and Repeal Bill 2004
A Bill to deal with a number of administrative matters that require clarification, extend coverage to accommodate a range of non-traditional working arrangements and focus on encouraging occupational safety and health matters to be dealt with by the individual employers and employees who have to manage and work with workplace hazards.
