1. Customer Help Centre/General enquiries

The Information Centre is available to field enquiries about work safety and health issues including complaints, improvement and prohibition notices and requests for information.  The Information Centre is open from 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.  Public holidays: closed.

2. High Risk Work/Certificates of competency

WorkSafe has one main office and four regional offices.

Hours

Office hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.  Public holidays: closed.
Library hours are 9:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday.  Public holidays: closed.

 Parking

Between the hours of 9:00am and 4:15pm meter parking for a maximum of 30 minutes is available on Hay Street.

Alternative parking is available behind the WestCentre in the Wilson Carpark on Mayfair Lane which runs off Outram Street.

 Public transport

The Red 'CAT' #23 stand is directly across from Westcentre on Hay Street and the Yellow 'CAT' #20 stand is one block over on Murray Street.  More information on the operating hours of the Perth 'CAT' services and other modes of public transport can be found at TransPerth.
