Technology Park Bentley WA (including the Innovation Centre)
Technology Park has developed an international reputation as a leader in the establishment and management of science and technology parks and many of Western Australia’s science and technology companies are based there.
Tenancy is open to early-stage or established innovative technology firms and service organisations.
Purchase and/or ground lease of Technology Park land
The Government of Western Australia, through the Department of Commerce, administer the Park, located in Bentley. New tenant applications (including extensions and transfers of land) are assessed by the Department and recommendations are made to the Minister.
Limited options remain to purchase vacant or developed land (either held by the State or privately owned) at the Park.
Companies wanting to purchase and/or ground lease land need to submit a Development Application to the relevant local Council and Technology Park Management.
On Certificates of Title for land within the Park, certain covenants apply. Contact Burgess Rawson (WA) Pty Ltd for full information before lodging a Development Application.

A 17.6m2 area located in Suite 1 of the Innovation Centre, Technology Park WA, is available for lease. The address is Enterprise Unit 3, 9 Delaeter Way, Bentley.
Rent: $4,400 per annum + GST and outgoings of $2,552 per annum + GST.
