Complete list of Award Summaries for Agreements

An employer who offers an Employer-Employee Agreement (EEA) is required to provide certain documentation to the employee. This includes either a copy of the relevant award or an award summary approved by the Registrar of the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission.

The following award summaries have been approved by the Registrar for use when offering an EEA. For all other awards, a full copy of the award must be provided to the employee.
