State Agreements
The majority of public sector State industrial agreements are available through the search facilities of the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission.
Where agreements are unavailable from the Commission's website, respective agencies should be contacted to obtain copies. Agency contact details are available from the State Government's website. A list of public sector agreements is currently being consolidated.
Public Sector Wages Policy
Agencies are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the Government policy on Public Sector wage negotiations.
