PAN Pharmaceuticals PRODUCT RECALL

Consumers Should Not Be Out of Pocket

Consumers who have purchased products, which are on the recall list can return them to the place of purchase for a full refund the Consumer Protection Commissioner Patrick Walker confirmed today.

"People buy these products in good faith and now that more than 200 vitamin and food supplement products sold by Pan Pharmaceuticals have been recalled refunds are certainly in order.

"Consumers who have any product that appears on the recall list can take it back to the retailer they purchased it from for a refund, even if they have opened the packaging or used some of the products", Mr. Walker said.

Anyone encountering problems with obtaining refunds on recalled products or other queries should contact Consumer Protection immediately on telephone 1300 30 40 54 or online@docep.wa.gov.au
