Consumer Protection officers will be at the South West Senior and Community Expo to dicuss and provide information on fair trading matters.

Primary and high school students from across the State have developed a creative ‘Survival Guide to Shopping’ for their classmates in the form of brochures, posters, games and multimedia presentations to name a few.

Seniors Week provides an opportunity for Western Australians over 45 to celebrate their age and participate in events organised specifically for their enjoyment.
As part of these celebrations Consumer Protection will be participating in 'Have A Go Day'. The expo is sponsored by the Seniors Recreation Council of WA to help promote healthy ageing through activity and the distribution of information on issues effecting seniors and their lifestyle.
