Customer Service complaints and feedback

The Department of Consumer and Employment Protection has produced a Customer Service Charter that sets out our obligations to you and what your rights are in relation to the services we offer.

To provide feedback on the quality of our customer service, please complete the online form or print and complete the Customer Feedback Form and post or deliver the form to the department.

If you wish to provide comments about a WA business or service, please use the department's Consumer Complaint form and post it to the department.  Alternatively, if you know which division handles the issue, please contact them by one of the methods below.
