Repair business premises
Repair business premises to be authorised
Motor vehicle repair businesses must operate from premises (including mobile premises) which are approved by the Commissioner for Consumer Protection.
If a repair business operates from multiple premises, each additional premises must also be approved.
The Motor Vehicle Repairers Act 2003 requires Motor Vehicle Repair Business Licence applicants to have suitable premises to conduct the type of business for which the licence is sought.
