Resolving disputes and making complaints
Not every motor vehicle purchase goes smoothly and you may find yourself in a dispute with a motor vehicle dealer or repairer.
In this section we give some advice on how you can resolve your dispute and if you are not successful, how we can assist you.
We also provide some advice about how to report illegal activities to the Department.
