The Hairdressers Registration Board is a licensing and supervisory authority for hairdressers.
Land Valuers Licensing Board
The Land Valuers Licensing Board is a licensing and supervisory authority, established under the Land Valuers Licensing Act 1978, for people who conduct valuations of land.
Motor Vehicle Industry Board
The Motor Vehicle Industry Board is a licensing and supervisory authority for Motor Vehicle people.
Real Estate and Business Agents' Supervisory Board
The Real Estate and Business Agents Supervisory Board is established under the Real Estate and Business Agents Act 1978 to regulate people who conduct real estate transactions and certain business transactions.
Settlement Agents' Supervisory Board
The Settlement Agents Supervisory Board is committed to ensuring that the public and industry members can have confidence in the settlement industry in Western Australia.

Builders' Registration Board
The Builders' Registration Board is a licensing and supervisory authority, established under the Builder's Registration Act 1939, to determine the course of training for a builder to be registered; maintain a register of registered builders; issue certificates of registration; take proceedings for offences against the Builders' Registration Act 1939 and the Home Building Contracts Act 1991; carry out the provisions of the Builders’ Registration Act 1939; and carry out building information and educational activities.
Painters Registration Board
The Painters Registration Board is a licensing and supervising authority for carry out painting or wall-papering work in excess of $A200.00.
Plumbers Licensing Board
The Plumbers Licensing Board is a licensing and supervisory authority for plumbers.
